96 Yankees World Series highlight reel

Personal highlight reel I made of the 96 Yankees improbable World Series comeback against Atlanta. I wanted to make sure I showed every Yankees miscue in games 1 and 2 to make clear how badly overmatched they seemed before they came back. A few clips on here are not shown in the official 96 World Series video. I could not believe how many ugly errors they made early on, but that makes the comeback that much more dramatic. To date, it's my favorite New York sports championship of them all. I was just 12 turning 13 that summer. Happiest memory...

Yankees 2017 Postseason Highlights

No copyright infringement intended all clips belong to yesnetwok.com and mlb.com i don't own anything in this video. This team was special, different, unique, awesome, crazy, entertaining, confusing at times, and just a pure joy to watch. Watching them lose to houston had me very upset they came so far to fall 1 win short of a World Series appearance against the dodgers. It was so upsetting compared to the 2015 team because they weren't supposed to be here or even close they were supposed to be a .500 team with chips to move at the deadline. They weren't to supposed to have a top 3 AL...

2003 ALCS, Game 7: Red Sox at Yankees

Boston Red Sox 5 at New York Yankees 6, F/11 -- All that was on the line was a trip to the World Series. The starting pitchers? Merely two of the greats of their generation in Roger Clemens and Pedro Martinez, who brought a combined nine Cy Young Awards into this epic showdown. The teams? Just the Red Sox and Yankees, epic rivals for decades. When they met for a decisive Game 7 at a juiced-up Yankee Stadium, it seemed impossible that the Red Sox and Yankees could live up to a game that was hyped like few others. True...

The 1996 Yankees full story

How the story of the 96 Yanks is best told. Kind of like how people argue about the best way to watch the Star Wars films to learn the original story. I say you watch most of Pinstripe Destiny, then stop at the World Series part to watch the official World Series video, then see the end of Pinstripe Destiny so that you get the full sense of suspense during the climactic Fall Classic. The first 47 minutes is from the MSG video Pinstripe Destiny. The next hour plus is the complete 1996 World Series video. Finally we wrap it up...
